Grown under shade in an agroforestry system and processed as a natural lot at Beneficio Edelmira, it offers a different expression of the variety from our washed Mexico Maragogype.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe find this to be an intense coffee with a full, heavy body, layers of fruit and a long aftertaste. It is a coffee with a pronounced character of its own, suitable for both filter and espresso.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAbraham joined Edelmira's smallholder producer group in 2022. He has continued growing traditional varieties, including Bourbon, Caturra and Maragogype, despite the pressure to replace them with more productive, disease-resistant cultivars.
